Mutatinensi Dedan ACCA, CPA
Tax & Accounting Expert
Mr. Mutatinensi Dedan is one of the founders and currently serves as the Managing Director of the Company. He heads the company’s tax experts team. He is both Chartered Certified Accountant of the UK and a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda. Dedan is currently pursuing a Certified Tax Advisors’ course under ICPAU. Dedan holds an Advanced Diploma in accounting & Business and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Makerere University.
Dedan is an accomplished young and energetic Tax accountant with over 12 years’ experience in Tax management and audit, bookkeeping and accounting, building strong internal controls and general business management advisory.
ENVIRONMENT & CAPACITY BUILDING SENIOR CONSULTANT
Sergius is an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist. His breadth of experience spans various industries that include Oil and Gas, Manufacturing and Construction. He is a member of Nature Uganda (NU) and The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) international where he serves as an e-Mentor, Ambassador Lecturer and a Faculty Advisor for the Uganda Petroleum Institute Kigumba (UPIK) SPE Students’ Chapter.
Moureen Shiba Atusiimire
INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER
Moureen is the head of Information systems and is responsible for designing strategies to address information system needs and developing technological solutions that ensure business value to the company. With over 10 years’ experience in design and development of computer and Information Systems, she is a self-motivated professional with personal qualities that reveal excellent teamwork and leadership skill, a high level of initiative and creative energy. With her passion about business and audit, she is currently pursuing CPA
Kahunde Kellen
Head of Business development
CKellen is a senior auditor at Demo Consult and she currently serves as our Head of Business Development. She is passionate about helping businesses overcome challenges especially in areas of compliance and business systems. Kellen has over 6 years of experience in auditing, taxation and business management consultancy. She is well versed in statutory audits, system audits, internal audits, tax compliance, and financial advisory and has served clients in Uganda in various sectors including: insurance; banking; manufacturing; logistics; agriculture; trade; SMEs, public sector and non-Governmental organizations. She holds a degree for Bachelor of Business Administration from Uganda Christian University Mukono and she is currently pursuing CPA.
Tax Lwayer
Allan is an all-round professional with a vast experience in business management and tax litigation. He graduated with a Bachelors degree of Law from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Certified Tax Advisory course from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. On behalf of the firm’s clients, he handles tax litigation at the Tax Appeals Tribunal, and represents clients in handling all forms tax matters with Uganda Revenue Authority.
Namanya Catherine
Audit Associate
Catherine is a young enthusiastic and passionate professional who aims at creating value for every client she engages with. Her skepticism while carrying out her audit engagements sets her apart. She has over three years’ experience in both financial and tax audits. She is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) graduate from Makerere Business School and is currently pursuing CPA.

A highly motivated, industrious and dynamic aspiring accounting professional always willing to learn and undertake new challenges in the work environment in different fields of work with keen interest in finance, bookkeeping and taxation. She is an honest, respectful and flexible individual who possesses a wealth of the competencies and skills. Among these are teamwork, efficiency and effectiveness in accomplishing tasks with little supervision, critical analysis of financial transactions, working knowledge of accounting systems and processes among many others.Prize is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in accounting (Honors) degree from Uganda Christian University Mukono and she is currently pursuing CPA.

Clare First CPA
Audit Consultant
Clare is a certified accountant (Member Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda) with over 12 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and cost control, revenue assurance, taxation, expenditure and reconciliation as well as managing people.
She holds Masters degree in Business Administration from Makerere University and a bachelors (Honors) degree in Business administration from Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
As an experienced professional accountant, Clare is passionate about building strong business systems, bookkeeping and financial reporting. She heads the firm’s audit team.

Joweria is a Certified Public Accountants with extensive years of experience in auditing, accountanting and financial analysis. She holds a degree for Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University. Joweria also has expertise in evaluation of internal control systems.
